Nobody wants to be the first person to be evicted from I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here and Jane Moore didn’t hide her disappointment in being the first out.

Immediately after Ant and Dec announced the news, she told her fellow campmates: “Hard work doesn’t get rewarded.”

Shortly after she is reunited with the Geordie presenters outside of the main jungle camp where she addressed her cryptic comment. The journalist lifted the lid on what she meant by “hard work doesn’t get rewarded”.

“People don’t notice hard work!” She said. “I think it’s really important. Eventually as more people get voted off it will become more apparent who isn’t doing as much.”

In conversation with the presenters, Moore also stuck by her guns after she accused Barry McGuigan and Danny Jones of sexism and ageism when they gave her the washing up job in camp. One positive about leaving the jungle though meant she wouldn’t be doing the washing up for a long time.

She celebrated: “No more washing up! I can’t wait to get rid of washing up. I’m never washing up again.”

It came after Oti Mabuse and Melvin Odoom had won 12 stars for their last meal as a camp of 12, although some of the stars were unimpressed with the octopus.

The bookmakers BetMGM were right as Loose Women host Moore was the favourite to be eliminated from the jungle first. Dean McCullough and Melvin Odoom just behind in the odds.

Radio presenter McCullough has found himself in the firing line after being consistently voted to take part in the dreaded Bushtucker trials, while fellow broadcaster Odoom fails to have stood out among his campmates in the jungle.

Moore has also failed to endear herself to audiences, with other campmates shining brighter in the jungle, pushing her down in the popularity stakes.

The stars who went into camp will all be hoping to stick around until next weekend’s finale.

Coleen Rooney shares special meaning behind her children’s names.

Rooney’s middle name is Mary which meant Cass would have the same initials as her (CMR).

Queen Camilla has fun reaction to Dominic West in The Crown

Rev Richard Cole remembers the fun time where his friend and The Crown actor Dominic West had a brush with Queen Camilla.

West’s wife is a well-known garden designer and she was invited to Clarence House for a reception when Camilla was the Duchess of Cornwall and Prince Charles was the Prince of Wales.

When Dominic asked his wife if he could come too, he says: “She said no because he’d just been cast as Charles in The Crown and it was that season of The Crown that dealt with Diana and it was all a bit controversial and everything.”

West promised “to stand at the back and do nothing”, however, Coles reveals Queen Camilla had a fun reaction about The Crown when he was there.

He says: “Camilla saw him and came over and he went, ‘Oh, good evening your Royal Highness’ and she went, ‘Good evening your Royal Highness’.”

I’m a Celebrity stars spill royal secrets

The I’m a Celebrity stars had some great royal secrets to share.

Alan remembered when the then-Prince Charles came to the set of Coronation Street for the live episode.

He says: “Vera, Liz Dawn, was laid in bed, she was in a coma during that episode. So you’re told, wait for him to speak and all that. Anyway, he comes walking through studio and Liz is in bed and she went ‘Ere, have you bought me grapes?’”

Halsall was impressed with the King’s response. “He was really personable, I must admit I was taken back, I was impressed!”

Richard Coles had a fun story about the late Queen during the state opening of parliament. Explaining how there’s normally a flight of stairs to go up which she couldn’t manage, she got into the lift instead.

The rev recalls how someone pressed the wrong button meaning rather than going up to the lords, they went down to the service centre. He says: “And the door opened there was a woman, a cleaner, stood there with a trolley and she didn’t look up, she just went ‘budge up’ and walked in and pushed the Queen and Prince Philip to the back of the lift. Then she looked up and went ‘f***ing hell’.”

Everyone had a good laugh but the Rev reveals: “And the Queen invited her to tea at Buckingham Palace!”
